The I-don't-know-what-to-make-for-dinner-soup. Want the recipe? It's good. Here it is.

Big soup pot. Heat medium. Extra virgin olive oil to coat bottom. Dice up a medium onion. Toss in. Put some fresh mushrooms in. Mince up 2 cloves of garlic. Throw that in. Chop up a good handful of baby carrots put those in and stir. Follow with a can of rotel tomatoes, fill the can a lotsa times with water... put in a can of kidney beans. Slice up small pieces of some red bell pepper, palmful. Dice a small zucchini. Salt enough. Bring to boil, then throw in two handfuls of penne pasta. Serve when pasta is al dente. At the end I sprinkled some parmesan on top.
