Asparagus and Cilantro Soup
Just finished making another fabulous soup. So good that it is prompting me to blog about it. I got the recipe from one of my favorite vegan cookbooks....Real Food Daily. I love this cookbook. If you ever get the chance this is definitely a great addition to your food library.

YUM. Now, I don't like cilantro. At all. YUCK. But I bet you that when it is made in a soup then I'll like it. It's a hunch. I had it on salmon the other night (baked on it with tomatoes and onions) and I really liked it. I go, "is this parsley? this is really good!" And the hostess said, "it's cilantro." My eyes got wide and I tried to find that old familiar disgusting taste in it and I could not.
The point: I bet this soup is really good because the cilantro is COOKED.
